Project Management from scratch based on PMI

Hugo Araiza, Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry. I started my career at TREMEC SA de CV as a manufacturing engineering intern and, after six years, I became responsible for production of the Daimler gear line. During this time, I acquired a deep knowledge of geometric tolerancing (GD&T), which led me to write an accessible book for those who wish to learn about this topic.

In 2016, I joined Chassis Brakes International (now HITACHI ASTEMO) as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where I had the opportunity to train in the braking solutions system in Wrocław, Poland, and participate in a project in Shenyang, China. Since 2019, I have been holding the position of Technical Project Manager, leading the purchase of assembly lines and managing key projects in my area.

I have complemented my training with two master's degrees: one in Education, which allows me to share my experience and contribute to the growth of others, and another in Project Management, which reinforces my focus on effective project management.

I am disciplined, perfectionist and consistent, with a firm belief in responsibility, respect and ethics as the pillars of my professional life. I am dedicated to constantly learning and applying my knowledge in emotional intelligence and leadership. I love my family and enjoy every moment of my life.
