✔️ In this course you will find methods and tools that will allow you to use communication to successfully deal with difficult situations that require resilience. To achieve this goal, this course is divided into three modules.

The first module is called "Personal Narrative" and refers to the type of communication you have with yourself, that is, the kind of messages you tell yourself and that end up becoming very powerful beliefs that influence the way you see the world and also the way you behave.

This first module will teach you how to constantly send yourself positive messages that reinforce your beliefs and your identity. This is the basis of resilience. The second module is called "Interpersonal Narrative" and refers to the conversations you have. This second module is especially geared towards knowing how to handle difficult conversations in which it is very difficult to remain objective and calm.

The second module will teach you various skills and methods that will help you be more resilient when you are in a very difficult communication situation. Think, for example, when you are in a serious disagreement with a family member, a friend or a coworker. What do you do in such a case? That is what this second module is for. And the third module is called "Public Narrative" and refers to what you say to an audience, whether it is a few or many people. No matter the size of your audience, nerves when speaking in public are powerful and can frustrate the achievement of your objectives.

But if you manage to control yourself, have enough resilience to assert yourself and speak with confidence, you will have an extremely important advantage. That is what the third module is for, to teach you to speak with great confidence and propriety before an audience so that you can inform them and, of course, persuade them of the importance or the goodness of your ideas or projects.
