In each family there is a unique expression of genetic codes that dance through the generations, ensuring their continuity.

When I see the drawing of the family tree that we make in the courses, in my mind I see a network of cables like those used to decorate the Christmas tree through which energy circulates, and at each end of these cables hangs a light bulb or spotlight, which with its presence sheds light on the stories, experiences and beliefs that the clan wants to tell. We are that small portion that expresses the whole, the golden ratio of our family tree.

Doing the math on how many people are needed for a person to be born, we can say that: two parents, four grandparents, eight great-grandparents, sixteen great-grandparents... and so on, up to the twentieth generation, which would be more than one and a half million people who joined and intertwined sexually so that you could be born and be here today trying to heal your family tree.

With more than 20 years dedicated to the study and practice of holistic healing, Silvia Pla has forged a unique path that combines scientific knowledge, energetic therapies and transformative experiences. Her passion for achieving personal autonomy led her to search within herself for tools to overcome physical, emotional and relational dependencies, as well as to heal deep traumas and blockages.

In addition to her academic training in physiotherapy, haemotherapy and immunohematology, Silvia has explored various disciplines such as flower therapy, homeopathy, psychoanalysis, reiki and family constellations. These experiences, together with her practice in theatre and dance, have shaped a multidimensional approach to healing, which she now shares with those who seek her guidance.
