Hugo Araiza is a Mechanical Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry. He started his career at TREMEC SA de CV as a manufacturing engineering intern and, after six years, became responsible for production of Daimler's gear line. During this time, he acquired a deep knowledge of geometric tolerancing (GD&T), which led him to write an accessible book for those who wish to learn about this topic.

In 2016, he joined Chassis Brakes International (now HITACHI ASTEMO) as Manufacturing Supervisor, where he had the opportunity to train in the braking solutions system in Wrocław, Poland, and participate in a project in Shenyang, China. Since 2019, he holds the position of Technical Project Manager, leading the purchase of assembly lines and managing key projects in his area.

He has complemented his training with two master's degrees: one in Education, which allows him to share his experience and contribute to the growth of others, and another in Project Management, which reinforces his focus on effective project management.

He is disciplined, perfectionist and consistent, with a firm belief in responsibility, respect and ethics as the pillars of his professional life. He is dedicated to constantly learning and applying his knowledge in emotional intelligence and leadership. He loves his family and enjoys every moment of his life.
